Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by President Carmen Morales at 6:00 p.m.
Discussion Items
1. Condition of the Neighborhood
The Board discussed the general condition of the neighborhood and areas needing continued attention, maintenance, and monitoring.
2. Review of Inspection Reports
The Board reviewed recent inspection reports and discussed the overall findings.
3. Inspection Review Process
The Board discussed how future inspection reviews will be conducted, including the process for reviewing findings and identifying points of focus during neighborhood inspections.
4. Pool and Amenity Area Preparation
The Board discussed items needed to prepare the pool and amenity area for the upcoming summer season. Discussion included general preparation, maintenance needs, and planning for opening the pool area.
Action Items
The Board will continue reviewing neighborhood inspection procedures and identify needed preparation items for the pool and amenity area before the summer season.

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by President Carmen Morales at 6:00 p.m.
Discussion Items
1. Greystone Power Fiber Optic Installation
The Board discussed Greystone Power Company’s planned installation of fiber optics within the subdivision. Discussion included the potential disruption to homeowners and the neighborhood during construction.
2. Homeowner Notification Plan
The Board discussed a plan to notify homeowners regarding the upcoming fiber optic construction work and possible disruption within the subdivision.
3. Excessive Speeding Concerns
The Board discussed concerns regarding excessive speeding within the subdivision.
4. Homeowner Feedback Form
Due to speeding concerns, the Board discussed creating a Google Form to allow homeowners to share their opinions and concerns regarding excessive speeding in the subdivision. The Board discussed that, if enough complaints or concerns are received, the information may be submitted to the City of Dallas to request discussion of possible speed deterrents.
5. Amenity Area Improvements
The Board discussed plans and ideas to further improve the subdivision’s amenity area.
Action Items
The Board will prepare homeowner communication regarding the fiber optic installation.
The Board will create or arrange for a Google Form to collect homeowner feedback regarding speeding concerns.
The Board will continue reviewing possible improvements to the amenity area.
